Shipping Policy

Big Scrub Rainforest Conservancy only ships within Australia. 

At this time, we are unable to process international orders. 

Orders totaling less than $100 will be capped at $15 shipping per order. 

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders of $100 or more.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We nearly always post orders within a week of purchase, but as we are a small, predominantly volunteer team there can rarely be slight delays. If your order isn’t posted within a week, we will let you know and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund if it is yet to be shipped.
